Major Activities:

1. Handholding the state wide campaign of Urban elected representatives anf extending thematic support to “ Sthaniye shahri swashasan awam Nikay Parishad in demand of requisite rules, circulars, orders for the newly enacted “Bihar Municipal Act 2007”. :Collaborative support of Mayors and Dy Mayors , Chair persons and Vice Chairpersons of various municipalities, other civil societies, urban thematic experts we could enable the government to bring severalneedful amendments in Act which were essentials for ensuring accountable municipal governance and Civic rights.( Year 2010-13)
2. Carried out Capacity building programme on “Importance of citizen charter , transparency and accountability mechanism in municipal governance” Elected representatives of Biharsharif Municipal Corporation with local support of civil society “ Nav Manas Kalyan Samiti” ( year 2013).
3. Facilitated preparation of “Slum free city plan of Action” for 6 notified slums of Patna Municipal Corporation under the scheme Rajeev Awas Yojna. ( year 2014)
4. With support of IDF , Patna we carried out 7 days 2 rounds of capacity Building Programmes for Elected Representatives of Munger Municipal Corporation. { Year 2017-18)
5. With support from organization “Save the Children”, Patna organized training on ward mapping , SWOT analysis and resource mapping to Elected Representatives of Patna Municipal Corporation. Year 2019.
